OUR VOLUNTEER BASE: We rely on our Volunteers to function. They are all ages,  come from all walks of life, and are not discriminated against by race, color or creed, though many come from the Mennonite and Amish community of Sarasota. We have winter visitors that will volunteer and when they leave, we are desperate. Volunteers help process our donations by cleaning, pricing, and putting out the items or help with delivery. The work provides purpose, activity and friendship to our volunteers.  We also welcome men & women who have a need for community service through the court system.  Teens can volunteer for their Bright Futures hours.  We LOVE all our volunteers!
